An Inside Out story, Chris’s POV
In a world where my only escape has been my art, Sara has been the light in my darkness. And there is darkness, the kind of inky black that can bleed from my life to hers.
She doesn’t see it. She doesn’t understand what I’ve shown her. And my
biggest fear is that soon…she will.
The moment is finally here….the moment where we see into that beautiful mind of Chris Merit. Thanks to Lisa Renee Jones, I was allowed to read an ARC of this novella. This novella is written in Chris’s point of view and we finally delve into all of his fears. The story follow Chris and Sara as they are still in Paris. We get to visit some of the BDSM underworld of Paris and see the place where Chris never wanted to share with Sara.
Seeing this side of Chris just solidifies my love of this character. He has tried so hard to move away from his past and work towards his future with Sara, but just keeps getting pulled back down. Sometimes things happen for a reason and in this case the events that unfold force Chris to share everything with Sara. All of his secrets are finally out in the open.
I absolutely love Chris and Sara. This is a five star Novella by the awesome author Lisa Renee Jones. If you have not started this series, get the first book now: If I Were You. You must read the books in order to fully understand the story. See the reading order below and start reading now…you won’t be sorry! Great job yet again Ms. Jones!
